Nothing to dislike about it .My wife and family was surprised ???What can I say? Scratches on the facing, unpainted edges ragged edges showing the white backing, and some uneven planks that need to be cut at the bottom. All in all, the manufacturer could have done much better for the money.Package arrived in a timely manner. I went to install them & the railing was bent up . I had to go use something for unbending it to make it useful. Pieces were broken as well . I used tools & supplies I had to make it workAmazing quality and great customer service. Diane helped me with a quick and speedy exchange when I ordered the wrong size vanes. Then, UPS lost the replacement package, and she sent me a new set a few days later. This is the kind of customer service that you dream of when everything seems to go wrong. Firstly, she could not have been more respectful or motivated to resolve my issue. Secondly, I felt like she cared about me and my order. And lastly, the blinds are fantastic. They're pitch black and the texture on them really makes your room pop. When they're closed, no light comes through. It was incredibly easy to install and they open and close very smoothly. Considering you'll pay triple this out of a store for the same thing, you actually can't make a better purchase on Amazon (for blinds anyway...) Thank you so much Diane, you have made a customer for as long as you're there!I bought these blinds before my furniture arrived. I'm soooooo happy with the look and function. They bring such a elegant look to the living room. I recommend this item.
